Faculty Borrowing Privileges
Faculty may borrow books for an indefinite period. The library reserves the right to recall materials.
Inter-Library Loan Borrowing
If you need materials from another library, contact Kathy Fletcher. Acquiring a book or article from another library can take anywhere from several days to a month depending on the policies and procedures of the lending library.
Once borrowed, any photocopy becomes the property of the faculty member. Any book borrowed from another library is subject to the lending policies of that library. Some books can be renewed provided the request is made by the library in advance of the due date and the lending library agrees. Otherwise, books borrowed through inter-library loan should be returned to Kathy Fletcher by the due date specified.
Books and photocopies may be placed on reserve in the library by contacting Kathy Fletcher. Faculty should indicate if the materials are personal and if a barcode may be attached. If the materials are photocopies, please supply the total number of photocopies you want placed on reserve. Loose materials should be submitted in a binder or other permanently bound format.
Materials submitted for reserve may not be immediately available to students and faculty should plan accordingly. All faculty reserve materials will be returned at the end of each semester.
