Thousands of eBooks Added to Library Catalog

Thousands of new eBooks are now available to our community thanks to the Library's continued cooperation with the larger UNH system. These titles, mostly non-legal subjects, are integrated into the catalog directly. Information on accessing eBooks and other databases off campus is available here

New Database: National Survey of State Laws

HeinOnline's National Survey of State Laws is now available online to the UNH Law community. This resource summarizes frequently researched laws in easy to read table format. 50 state surveys (or 5 state surveys!) are now much quicker to do. For example, this resource includes summaries of state marijuana laws, criminal statute of limitations, and computer crimes.

Halloween Headnotes from Westlaw

Some spooktacular headnotes from Westlaw below. Halloween jokes aside, headnotes are a great way to find cases on similar legal issues using a simple clicking interface to access a robust indexing system. Typically West headnotes don't have cartoons either but the West "headnote of the day" email update includes some humorous sketches to go with unlikely points of law. Thanks to Sue Zago for the great finds.
