The new print issue of the University of New Hampshire Law Review is now available in the library.
Sporting a sleek new cover design, Volume 15, no. 1 is the first issue to be published in conjunction with the Scholars’ Repository. The journal features articles on plea bargaining, tort law, jury deliberation, and the pioneering use of virtual reality in the courtroom to help reduce implicit racial bias. Also featured is a student-authored note on the Fifth Amendment’s Takings Clause.
Congratulations to everyone on the Editorial Board for a job well done!
