Marking Passages, Preserving the Past : Way Back Wednesdays - the Buck Bowl

In this installment of the UNH School of Law Archives blog, we take a look back at one of the great yearly traditions in the annals of our history - the annual Buck Bowl!  Held shortly after the Fall mid-terms, the Buck Bowl was a chance for students to let loose and have some fun.  Surrounded by food and festivity, the Buck Bowl (named after our illustrious Professor Dane Buck) was a cherished intramural touch football tournament.  Below are some great photos from various years when the event was at its height.

There are too many names to list every single alumnus (and we don't have everybody), but if you are curious about someone in a particular photo, please email me at matthew.jenks@law.unh.edu and I'll see if we have a name to go with a face.  What do you think - perhaps it is time to resurrect this cherished tradition?
