To sign-up for the services and/or to view a sample of the IP Notes, Patent Extra Notes and IP Administrative Notes, go to www.JurisNotes.com click on the "Sign Up" and/or "Summaries" navigation bar on the left hand side of the page. Please include your expected graduation date, or Faculty/Staff in the "Address" slot, and please use your school email address (so they know you are affiliated with the school).

JurisNotes.com offers electronic newsletters which are distributed via email and are in HTML format. (Please note: to take advantage of the bookmarks you should have your computer set to receive in HTML) Each newsletter provides (A) an introductory line for each case summarized (B) links to short and long summaries of the case and (C) a link to the full case text.
(1) IP Notes is distributed twice weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays). The IP Notes newsletter covers selected cases from the latest IP decisions (Federal Circuits,
(2) Admin Notes is distributed once weekly (Mondays). The IP Admin Notes newsletter summarizes selected administrative law decisions relevant to the practice of intellectual property law. This includes decisions from: TTAB, Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, Customs Service, ICANN, and International Trade Commission.
(3) Patent Extra is distributed once weekly (Mondays). The Patent Extra newsletter focuses exclusively on patent cases at the district court level.
(4) JurisNotes.com provides a Searchable Database which incorporates our past newsletters and the full text of the cases summarized (2001 - present).
(5) "IP News" is a once-a-week newsletter (Wednesday) featuring the latest news in the world of intellectual property.
