Google Alerts
Google has developed an easy to use and free resource for delivering news alerts via email or via an RSS feed to your blog viewer. Google Alerts searches in news, blogs, videos, webs or in all for any search term that you choose. The results are then emailed to you weekly, daily, or as your terms are mentioned. There are many uses for this service – you could set up a search for your name to see if you’ve been mentioned in blogs, or track news stories regarding litigation. Like most Google services this free product looks simple and easy to use.
