Dateline 2009: I think this is the first ALR annotation on this emerging topic: This annotation collects and discusses all of the cases which have considered the validity of adverse personnel actions or adverse actions affecting a student's academic standing based upon the employee's or student'sInternet posting or expression, including information posted on social network sites such as Facebook or MySpace.
