UNH Law Review Has a New Home

The law library is pleased to announce that the UNH Law Review has a new home at http://scholars.unh.edu/unh_lr/  The Pierce Law Review, volumes one through eight (2002-2010) are also available at the same site. The archived collection includes special issues on topics such as radiation effects (v. 1, nos. 1 & 2, December 2002), biotechnology and the law (v. 2, no. 1, March 2004), the practice of law in the state of New Hampshire (v. 4, no.3, 2006), capital punishment (v. 6, no. 3, March 2008), and education law (v. 8, no. 3, 2010). Symposium issues include Tax Simplification (v. 2, no. 2, June 2004) and Social Justice (v. 9, no. 2, March 2011).

Volume 15 will continue the scholarly work with a variety of articles of local and national interest exploring questions of law and unsettled legal issues. In addition to being the first born digital for print edition of the UNH Law Review, the upcoming volume will feature a special symposium issue.
