Happy Library Week 2015

Happy Library Week!

The UNH Law Library celebrates National Library Week with amazing prizes, thought-provoking library quotes, games, cake, and more.

Throughout the week we've been giving away many great prizes each day. Candy, books, housewares, art, and more are available to win. There's still time to walk away with a great raffle prize.

Also, there's still time to write your favorite book on our giant blackboard. Stop by to see what to read next. There is an electic mix of books this year.

Pictures coming soon!

National Library Week Coming Soon

Pre-Library Week Fun (AKA - Win a Peeps Cake!)

From our Library Week Ringmaster, Kathy Fletcher:

"Next Week is National Library Week!

1Ls— ask anyone who’s been here for a while, and they will tell you that Library Week is, quite simply, the BEST WEEK to be at UNH School of Law!  There’ll be prizes, games, “candy of the day,” and general mirth and merriment all celebrating libraries, reading, and literacy.

National Library Week 2011

Hey Everybody!

It's National Library Week! National Library Week is a national observance sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries across the country each April.

For those of you new to UNH Law, around here Library Week means PRIZES! CANDY! GAMES! An all-around fun week before the hard work of final exams. Be sure to sign up for the free Westlaw Lunch on Wednesday!

So, come on down the Library. Tell us about your favorite book. Throw your name in a raffle box. We look forward to seeing you.

Name a favorite book. . .

As part of Library Week 2010 the library (i.e. Kathy Fletcher) set up a chalk board asking patrons to name a favorite book. By Friday both sides of the board were covered in favorite books. Wow! Thanks to everyone that participated. Books from Calvin and Hobbes to Candide to The Notebook (and everything in between) were included.
