In this installment of the UNH School of Law Archives blog, we take a look back at one of the great yearly traditions in the annals of our history - the annual Buck Bowl!  Held shortly after the Fall mid-terms, the Buck Bowl was a chance for students to let loose and have some fun.  Surrounded by food and festivity, the Buck Bowl (named after our illustrious Professor Dane Buck) was a cherished intramural touch football tournament.  Below are some great photos from various years when the event was at its height.

Marking Passages, Preserving the Past : Throwback Thursdays - Some Old Black-and-Whites

On this installment of Throwback Thursdays, we feature a few photos from different eras of the law school.  The first two are the most interesting, I think.  One shows White Park, circa early 1900's, when the Pond was still split in two.  This photo is actually pretty rare; it was taken and used in a postcard which states "Published exclusively for Nelson's Five Cent Store".  If anyone has any information on this bygone establishment, we'd be happy to hear about it.  The other photo will appeal to long-timers, alumni, faculty, staff and students alike.  It show
